So remember how back in May we had that crazy cold weather? Well on a nice day I actually took Ethan outside to let him and Mackenzie play. The crazy weather is why he is in a long sleeved onesie without any pants. That's the only reason I mentioned the weather. Anyway, Ethan really liked being outside. At first he thought it was quite bright but once he wasn't facing the Sun he was okay. He even found a rock and a stick to play with and happily occupied himself with them for about 20 minutes. He threw, hit, wacked, pounded and tasted to his hearts' content.
After he was done with the stick and the rock it was time to go back inside for a nap but I wanted to stick him on the grass to see how he would react. At first he wasn't too sure about it but then he discovered he could pull up the grass and he decided it wasn't too bad being in the grass.
I also had a birthday back in May. Mackenzie gave me some lovely "flowers" from our needed to be mowed lawn.
I made some delicious S'more cupcakes.
My children danced together.
And Mackenzie took a picture of our feet.
